How do I start a round?
Sign in, then tap TEE OFF. Choose your course and tees, set up the players, and start your round. Use TEE OFF again to resume an active round.
Allow location access when prompted to see your position and live distances on the course map.
My GPS position or distances look wrong.
On your iPhone, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services. Find Brigand Golf or Brigands, allow location while using the app and enable Precise Location.
Check that you selected the correct course, tee and hole. Move to an open area and give the phone a moment to find your position. Trees, buildings and weak reception can affect accuracy.
If the map itself is wrong, send us the course and hole details using the report link below.
Where are my past rounds and club distances?
Open Stats to find your round history and bag. Your saved scorecards and recorded shots power your round review. Keep your bag distances current for more useful club suggestions.
Why are shots missing from my replay?
Replays use the shots you record during the round. Entering a hole score alone does not create a complete shot trail. Log each shot as you play for a more detailed replay and shot analysis.
What information does my AI Buddy use?
Buddy uses your messages and relevant golf information, such as your profile, notes, bag and round context. During a round, that can include the course, hole, position and weather.
AI responses can be wrong. Check a suggestion against the actual course conditions and your own judgment. Our privacy policy explains AI processing and the providers involved.
Sign in. Stay connected.
I can’t find my account after signing in.
Use the same Apple or Google account you used to create your Brigands profile. Sign in with Apple can use a private relay email address, which may be different from your usual email.
If your profile still looks new or your rounds are missing, contact us with your Brigands handle and sign-in method. Never send a password or verification code.
How do I manage a connected golf account?
Available connections are shown in the app, including TrackMan and, where enabled, Golf.nl. Use the connection’s disconnect or unlink action to stop that connection.
Disconnecting TrackMan does not automatically remove measurements already imported into Brigands. For removal requests, use the data request option below.
Who can see my profile and rounds?
Other signed-in players can see your player card and follow connections. Followers can access shared live scores, course position and shot trails. Round recap summaries are visible to signed-in players.
Following does not currently need to be mutual for access to shared live round data. Read the sharing section before using a live round.
How do I change location, photo or notification access?
Use your phone’s Settings app to manage Brigands permissions. Location is needed for live GPS features. Camera and photo access are used when you choose to add a photo. Notification settings are also available under Me.
If you use the Apple Watch companion, its golf workout access can be managed in Apple Health. Changing a device permission does not erase data already saved to your account.
Help us get it right.
For a wrong green, missing hazard, incorrect tee or scorecard issue, tell us the course, country, hole and tee. Describe what you expected and what appeared instead.
For an app issue, include the steps that led to it, your device model and the app version. You can attach a screenshot to your email. Crop out other people’s details and anything private.
Your data. Your request.
To request access to your information, a correction or deletion of your account and associated data, email the team from the address linked to your account if possible. Include your Brigands handle and the kind of request.
For Sign in with Apple, mention that you use Apple and include your handle. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before handling a request.
Signing out does not delete your account.
Uninstalling the app also does not erase cloud records. Disconnecting a provider does not necessarily remove data previously imported from it. Request deletion explicitly if that is what you want.
See the privacy policy for details about collection, sharing and your rights.
